Venue : Loreto School Hall
Objective : To select new office bearers for the office of LAAS for the upcoming Centenary Celebrations of the school in 2009 from the nominated names as listed in the last three meetings of the different batches .

- As per the LAAS Constitution for new Office Bearers for the next two years 2007 - 2009, the names of the following members have been proposed:

- President Jenny Nampui
- Vice President Sela Khathing
- General Secretary Clarissa Sawian
- Asst General Secretary Rio Jones Nongrum
- Treasurer Debolina Bhattacharya
- Press Secretary Candida Shadap
- Event Manager Shivangi Kumar
- Asst Event Manager Aashia Warjri
- Chief Coordinator Mary Tariang
- Coordinating Secretary Madonna Marbaniang
- Core Members Susie Syiem Pauline Scott Moushumi Chakraborty Ampareen Lyngdoh Josephine Thanglura

- Due to lack of time the other issues in the agenda could not be taken up in the same day . However, it was decided that tasks and a Calendar of Events for Fund Raising Issues and programmes for the Centenary Celebrations will be chalked up in the next meeting. - The meeting was concluded with tea and light refreshment.
- The President , Ms Jenny Nampui , gave a closing announcement and Nov 3rd 2007, was announced as the date for the next meeting at the School Hall , time 2.00 pm.
It was agreed that if an elected member would have any problem in functioning in the allotted post assigned to her , the matter would be brought forth by the concerned person herself in the next meeting of the Executive Body. Beyond which , the proposed names are confirmed as the new office bearers for the next two functional years of official term of the LAAS.
