Minutes of Meeting Held on Saturday the 28th of February 2009.

  1. It was agreed to invite all Loreto Alumnae Association members from out station but each association may send only 2 representatives each. These representatives are require to pay the participation fees ( Rs.1500/- for adults, Rs 500/- for students) and to kindly arrange their own accomodation.
  2. The souvenir for the Centenary Celebrations has been accepted and passed 
  3. The participation fees will be collected from the 9th - 14th March 2009 between 11:00 - 1:00 pm
  4. The total amount cellected between the 2nd and the 7th February ( As Registration, Membership, Participation fees) was Rs. 58,100/-
  5. An amount of Rs. 10000/- is required to be raised through sponsors for the Centenary Calendar.
  6. The next meeting will be held on the 14th March 2009 at 1:30pm
